What is the difference between an ATM Card and a Visa Debit Card?
Our ATM Card can be used to deposit and/or withdraw money to/from your Savings Account. It can also be used for point of sale (PIN generated) purchases from your Checking Account at merchants displaying the STAR®, PLUS® and CO-OP® logos. If you do not have a Checking Account, you cannot use this card for point of sale purchases.
Our Visa Debit Card can be used to deposit and/or withdraw money to/from your Savings Account or Checking Account. It can also be used for point of sale (PIN generated) purchases from your Checking Account. Our Visa Debit Card has the added advantage of making signature debit purchases from your Checking at merchants worldwide displaying the Visa logo.
