Card Controls are tools within APCI eBanking that allow you to manage when, where and how your APCI FCU debit and credit card is used, keeping your cards safe.

• Card Lock/Unlock: Locking your debit and/or credit card may be necessary if you have misplaced or lost your card. Locking your card instantly blocks new purchases and cash advances, while allowing recurring transactions, balance transfers and credits to your account to continue without disruption. You can easily unlock your card when ready.

• Card control alerts and notifications: Delivered to your primary email address and phone number on file.

Did you know you can set up Travel Notices for your APCI FCU ATM, Visa® Debit and Mastercard® Plus Cards within APCI eBanking?

• You can easily submit one Travel Notice for each APCI FCU card you intend to use when traveling.
• Enter the type of travel, the travel timeline, and your contact information on file with APCI FCU.
