Q. What was your eligibility status when joining the Credit Union?

A. I was an Air Products employee when I joined, and for the first 15 years of my membership.

Q. What was your deciding factor in joining the Credit Union?

A. Information learned at a Credit Union site visit, event, or webinar.

Q. What would you say is the #1 benefit of being a Credit Union member?

A. The personal service of the Credit Union staff.

Q. What Credit Union products or services have you taken advantage of that have made a significant positive impact on you or your family?

A.  As far as loans, I have had a car loan and a refinance mortgage. Both have helped me save money. I have also taken advantage of wire transfer services. I have experienced an incredible level of member service during every interaction that I have had during the past 26 years. Thank you for being such a great provider.
