As we celebrate our milestone anniversary, we wanted to share member stories about how APCI FCU has impacted them. We are proud to serve our members across the country and provide them with banking solutions for their everyday needs. 

Members' Credit Union Story

Years of Membership: 33

Barbara, an Air Products employee, joined APCI FCU when the Credit Union was located in the same office building as where she worked. She felt this was more convenient than visiting another financial institution during the week. Five of her eligible immediate family and household have become Credit Union members over the years. Barbara tells us that she feels the #1 benefit of Credit Union membership is the personal service of the staff. Read more of her story below.

“Over the years we have taken advantage of numerous products and services offered by APCI FCU including car loans, savings accounts, certificates, credit and debit cards, and most recently, money market accounts. Our children are now getting their first jobs, going away to college, and heading out on their own far from home. I posed MANY questions, on a weekly basis, to Laura Bogert and her colleagues when they were onsite at AP Global Headquarters in the Dining Hall on Thursdays during lunch. The goal was to try to maximize rates of return, and ease of use, and build good financial habits and understanding for our kids. Laura and other Credit Union employees always provided answers and options, even if not always what we hoped for, that helped set our family members on a good financial path. They take the time to answer all questions and are considerate and compassionate when discussing financial concerns.”
