I've been a member of the APCI FCU for over 43 years. I have utilized their excellent services for savings, financing the building of my home, purchasing certificates, and now opened one of their new money market accounts. I can’t say enough about the services they continue to provide, decade after decade.

Other reasons I like being a member of the Credit Union is that they visit my work site, go out of their way to explain their offerings, communicate frequently, and I have the comfort of knowing I can pick up the phone any time and speak with someone.

Q. What was your deciding factor in joining the Credit Union?         

A. I always knew the benefits of joining a credit union, however, I was leery to join as APCI FCU is in Pennsylvania and not in Florida where I live. Learning that there wouldn't be any fees to use designated ATM's and having access to my accounts was much easier than I thought it would be. 

Q. What would you say is the #1 benefit of being a Credit Union member?

A. Deposit rates and payroll deductions. It is easy to make payroll deduction changes whenever necessary.

Q. What type of situation or interaction have you experienced during which the Credit Union, or a Credit Union employee, provided service that made a significant positive impact for you or your family.
A.  Refinancing my car. The process was very simple, easy and they were right there to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. Whenever you have questions, the Credit Union representatives really are just a phone call away.
