You can access a free copy of your consumer credit report once a year from each of the three major credit bureaus (Trans Union, Equifax, & Experian).  Financial credit experts recommend consumers should review a copy of their report annually to help protect themselves against Identify Theft and consumer fraud. Visit the Security & Fraud page on our website for further details and convenient links.

You can change your address through APCI eBanking. Select the profile image icon, then choose "Profile" followed by "Address."  You can also complete our Address/Contact Update Form. 

You can make a cash deposit to your account either over the counter at our Allentown Office or at a deposit taking ATM. Use our ATM Locator to find the most convenient deposit taking ATM.

Effective July 1, 2022, APCI FCU will be discontinuing the Redemption of US Savings Bonds as a Lobby Service. Visit the United States Treasury Department for options to purchase or redeem US Savings Bonds.

Yes, the Credit Union is able to initiate domestic wire transfers. You can initiate an out-going wire transfer through APCI eBanking. Select the “Send Wires” tab, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and follow the prompts to complete your transfer request. We are also capable of receiving both domestic and international transfers. 

The Federal Reserve Bank (an institution where all electronic transfers pass through) is closed on federal holidays and therefore a wire transfer cannot be initiated or settled on a federal holiday.

The Credit Union offers several ways to transfer funds. One option is to sign up for APCI ePay, our online bill paying service, to initiate payments to other financial institutions. You can also log in to APCI eBanking and initiate a Domestic Wire Transfer.

The Credit Union does accept coins, but they must be rolled and deposited over the counter.

APCI FCU is required to mail you interest/dividend statements annually. However, you can also get this information by logging in to APCI eBanking. Select the share or loan that you would like information for to bring up account details. If you are enrolled in APCI eStatements you can also select the "Access eStatements" tab in APCI eBanking followed by the Tax Statement option at the top of the page.

We do not sell traveler’s checks. However, the Visa® EMV Travel Card is designed to create a modern form of travelers checks and can be used anywhere Visa is accepted. It is not a debit card, since it is not linked to a checking or savings account. It is not a credit card, as the funds are limited to what is added by the cardholder. For only $5.50, the Visa EMV Travel Card is a secure and convenient tool for travel and comes with Visa Travel Enhancements.

We do not sell foreign currency. We do offer Visa® EMV Travel Cards that are accepted anywhere the Visa logo is displayed.
